when I update using the Update Manager, it never seems to complete the update. I check few minutes later and the program wants to update the same files every time? Try four times and same thing.

Hello,

do you have rights to access the installation folder? Are you working with administrator or user rights in Windows?

Please try to download the latest installer for your Wise-FTP version from our website http://www.acebit.com and execute it with administrator rights.
