Dear Support,

I have just updated to 1.6.0.12. But, it seems that the software do not recognise anymore my passwordlist file. In fact, running the application or double-clicking on the PSW file result into a pop-up window asking me about entrering the "list description", "List Access key" and "Retype...". (i.e. the same procedure that you encounter when you create a new password list). Even if I insert the original data inlcuding the password an empty list is presented.

Do I missing soemthing? How can I access to my PSW file? Any way out?

HUGH! I have realised now that, the software is running in freeware mode, Do I need an un-lock code? Is this the origin of the problem?

Thanks

Dear fax2368,

please note that Password Depot now requires an unlock code. This code has been sent today to all customers for free.

Please use this code to unlock your software.

Thanks

Thank you very much for your reply, unfortunately I can't find anywhere where to enter the unlock code to register the software (as already mentioned in another post).

Would it be possible to download the older version (as a temporary solution) since I urgently need to access to my password list.

Thank you
Fabio

You can enter the unlock code under

Help >> Purchase

After unlocking Password Depot you can open your old Password files just like in the older version.
