I got tired of waiting for you to respond to my problem with 3.0.0.18 so I decided to upgrade to v5. Unfortunately, you do not provide any instructions as to how to do an upgrade installation.

I tried to install into the existing WISEFTP directory; it installed, but nothing worked. I uninstalled it and 3.0 then didn't work. So I reinstalled 3 and everything works but I still have my Remote System Window invisible problem.

So what is the procedure for an upgrade install. I want to preserve my existing site setup.

there is no classic upgrade installation here - both versions are installed into different directories and can coexist without problems. So your already installed version 3 will no be modified when installing version 5.
After you have done a fresh installation of WiseFTP 5, you can import your ftp profiles via "Tools" -> "Site Manager" -> "Import" from your old WiseFTP 3 configuration file.
