I have the following product Hello Engines 4.1 Pro (for Windows ) xxxxx75563BDD99 (masked serial number) which is clearly a PRO edition but the upgrade wizard comes back with pricing for 4.o standard to 6.o PRO ... what is not correct here?

Hello Steve,

could you please send me the unlock code/serial number by PM? I would like to test it here and check why the wrong upgrade possibility is shown to you.
