Upgrade question

I have the following product Hello Engines 4.1 Pro (for Windows ) xxxxx75563BDD99 (masked serial number) which is clearly a PRO edition but the upgrade wizard comes back with pricing for 4.o standard to 6.o PRO ... what is not correct here?
