Hello;

When I signed up with 1&1 Hosting Service, they provided me with a number of web-publishing programs which included WISE-FTP Version 3.0.0.7 (it doesn't have a serial number or activation key of any kind). Can I upgrade to the latest version of WISE-FTP, and if so, do I need to leave the older version installed so the upgrade can detect it? Thanks!

and click on "Upgrade from 3.x to 5" to order an upgrade!

You do not need to leave WISE FTP 3 installed if you purchase the upgrade to Version 5. After purchasing the upgrade you will get WISE FTP 5.
