utf-8 but problems with accents

Hello.
One of my websites is almost unknown by Google, and the robot simulator of Ranking Toolbox can't read the accents on this website (and only on this one). So I conclude that it may be the reason.
But this site is built exactly like the others with Joomla and encoded utf-8.
Any idea ?

Hello.
The Google positions have not changed after several months. So I think the problem is probably there.
robots.txt is OK, and there is enough keywords in the site.
