I tried Update Manager and downloading the new version. With both the upgrade fails with the message:

Feature transfer error
Feature: Password Depot 2
Component:
File:
Error: Catastrophic failure

Any help?

Hello,

what is the Windows version you use? Did you also try a full uninstall of the program and after this a new reinstallation?
