website not showing on search engines

After following instructions I submitted my site 3 weeks ago. The site checker comes back ok with results between 95 and 100%.
However when i try a keyword search the site never shows thro search engines . How long does it take to become visible on the web

Hello,

it can take weeks or months before a site is listed in the search services. Unfortunately we can't influence this as it is up to the search service providers. This is the same when you manually submit a site :-(

Its now been nearly two months since I submitted my site and I am still struggling to find it on a general search
has it been submitted okay?

Hello,

if you received no errors after submitting in Hello Engines, the submitting should be successfull.

Unfortunately it can take long till your site appears in the index of the search engines.
