Winsock Error #11004

I've just purchased the 4.02 Wise-FTP, after successfully using the trial version several times. Now that I've updated I am not able to connect. I am getting Winsock Error #11004

There is nothing different on the receiving end, passwords, login, all is exactly the same, and I was able to upload with the trial version.

Any help would be appreciated.

Really really could use some help here. I've got a book that I need to get uploaded as soon as possible. Trying to make a living here, and I purchased your program to help with that.

in most cases the error 11004 is caused by a firewall problem. But could you please tell us the hostname you are trying to connect to? You can send this data to support@acebit.com.
