I got this error trying to connect to a site:

! Unable to connect: ftp.theichthus.com! (500 No Data (Winsock error #11004))

Hello!

We were also not able to connect to your server. Not even with the Internet Explorer. It looks like this domain is inactive. Could you please ask your provider about this problem? Maybe your account expired.
