Hi,

I researched this topic throughout this forum but was not successful at finding an answer. I submitted an inquiry to support@acebit.com on Monday but have not heard back.

1. I downloaded wise-ftp from my 1and1 account maintenance page figuring it was part of my package. This week, I received a message saying that 'the trial version of wise-ftp has expired' when launching the program. I noticed in other threads that there is another url which provides the unlocked version. Please help.

2. I also tried uninstalling the software and received the following message "Please insert disk 1 that contains the file setup.ini" It refers to this path: C:\DOCUME~1\Jonathan\LOCALS~1\Temp\pft4A.tmp\Disk1. I cannot locate this file. Please help.
