I've been using Wise-FTP for years and it's worked fine before, but lately I haven't been able to access the files on my website any more. I'm still able to upload files into the root directory, but when I try to refresh the file list or get into one of the folders I have set up, I get disconnected. Here are a couple of logs:

I'm running Vista Ultimate. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and it hasn't helped. Please give me some ideas for what I can try. I'm not the most technologically advanced person, so I don't want to have to learn to use a new FTP program.
