I am trying to uninstall the free version of WiseFTP that I just downloaded last week. It prompts me for the setup.ini file and I browse to the folder with that file. It finishes but all it does in re-install. The uninstall file does this as well as the add/remove program way. It will not remove from my system.
I am also getting an error when I open the scheduler. This error was preventing me from restarting my computer as well as shutting down. Everytime I would try to shutdown my computer I would get this WiseFTP scheduler error message. I would physically have to hold down the power button to shut off my computer. The error message is [b]"Access violation at address 004CC381 in module 'WF_Scheduler.exe'. Read of address 00000002."I am the administrator of my computer and I am in a peer to peer network not on a domain. I am the only user on my computer so why it is an Access Violation error is beyond me. Please tell me how to remove this program from my computer.
