I got wise ftp with my hosting package as part of a program bundle all bought and paid for install and have been using it with no problems for the last year. i recently upgraded the program, since then all hell has broken loose with it, random crashes exe times out's now the final straw it's asking me for a serial telling me i have to purchase the program to carry on using it....

please can some one explain why i should re buy a program i have already bought in order to carry on using it?

not impressed at all. To top it off it won't even uninstall

What is your current version and what version you used before? Probably there is a big time gap between these two versions, and these two versions have different protection systems. If you have downloaded and installed the most current version of Wise-FTP, we recommend you just to enter your 1&1 unlock code. After that the program should work in the registered mode.

There wasn't a serial with it... it auto configured..
