Hi AceBIT support,

Could it be possible that the AceBackup program was corrupted by Nero software? I dont think this is a new thing to you guys?

I have the same issue. All my files have the .nsz.000 extension. I have no project file to be able to import them into AceBackup. Is there a work around to decompress these files? Thanks!

Hello,

In order to import a project files without project files you need to point the directory where a folder named 'Archives' with .nsz files is located.

In case you don't have such a directory but only .nsz files, you may try the following workaround:
1) Create in Windows Explorer a dummy project folder, for example, G:\AceBackup\
2) Inside that folder create a folder Archives: G:\AceBackup\Archives\
3) Move all your .nsz files into G:\AceBackup\Archives\
4) Run Project -> Import Wizard and select in the Wizard:

Project Name: AceBackup
Path: G:\

Then the Wizard will automatically find all .nsz files and re-create a project file, which can be used for restoring.

Best regards
