Why should I upgrade?

I have used Password Depot for many years and I like it. Currently I am using version 8.2.2! It has always worked great for me without any problems. I do not use any enhanced or advanced features such as browser integration or cloud storage. I am very concerned about security but I don't think that ...

Re: Upgrade?

Thank you for the reply. I had already done what you suggested and used a trial version of 6.0. It worked great so I upgraded. Thanks!

Upgrade?

I am still using PWD ver 3.2.3 because it works insanely great and my wife (who struggles with anything new or even slightly technical on the computer) can use it without any difficulty at all. Because of the current lack for iPhone support, I have tried a few other password programs (for Windows 7)...

Re: PWD on the iPhone (again)

Please tell me what progress is being made on making a version of PWD to run on the iPhone. Thank you! It is available free at the "App Store"? http://www.password-depot.com/documentation/onlinehelp/mobile_versions_en.htm That version was pulled quite awhile ago (maybe a year??) because it really d...

Version 3 on Windows 7?

I've been using and enjoying Password Depot (version 3.2.2.0) on my Windows XP machine for years. After getting a new Windows 7 64 bit machine, I installed the same version. It seems to work fine, but I am having trouble using it "unlocked" (non-trial mode). Last night I retrieved the new activation...

Re: Where to put the .pswx file on the iPhone

I've been waiting for this app a long time, but I'd like to know, too, how to move my password file from my pc to the iPhone app?

Portability with version 3.0?

I was using PWD version 2.6.1 very successfully on my usb stick drive. Now that I've updated to 3.1, it seems I must have PWD installed on the computer in order for it to run from the usb drive. If it is not installed, I get the following error message when trying to start it from the usb drive: "Th...

Using PWD on portable USB stick

I am interested in using PWD on my portable USB stick. I have FiresfoxPortable already installed on the stick and I would like to have this application opened as the default browser for PWD. How can I do this? I am using version 2.6.1.0 (and I am thinking of upgrading to vers 3).
Thanks!

Thank you for the response. This modification would be a big help. Also, it would help if the modifications could allow for entry of a <Pause> so the user can answer a question posed by the website before going on to the password page. For instance, 1. <User Name><Enter> 2. <Pause> The user enters ...

Using Gmail to store passwords online?

I would like to use my Gmail account to store my .psw file online so I can more easily access it from several computers. Has anyone done this or knows how to do this? If this won't work are there any alternative? Thanks!
