Re: How to report individual responses

Thanks for the reply - but it doesn't quite answer my question. What I want is something like the summary report but showing the results of just one response. And I want to produce that report for each response. In other words, the report should merely report back the answers received, one respone a...

How to report individual responses

I am using WinSurvey 3 and don't know how to produce a report displaying individual responses to my survey. I know how to produce summary reports. However, I want also to get a print out of each individual response (i.e. one person's answers to each question). How do I do that? Any help would be muc...

How to display user's answers on web page?

We are using WinSurvey 3 to generate HTML questionnaires that we post on our website. When the user submits answers to the questionnaires, we receive an email containing an XML version of the user's answers, that we can then import back into WinSurvey. So far, so good ... Several of our users have a...

Re: How do you enter Greek characters and subscripts?

Edit the generated HTML page and enter the special characters there. That defeats the purpose of using WinSurvey - if I wanted to edit the HTML code I would have created the whole survey in HTML code myself. Also, if I change the survey, I then have to remember to change the HTML code again. NOT go...

How do you change the default font for a question/answer?

The default font is always Times ... and I want it to be Verdana.

How do I change this (and the default font size):

a) on a survey-by-survey basis
b) permantly for the whole program?

The Help file says nothing on this subject.

Re: How to change the Question ID?

A related question is .. how to change the question type?

I have copied and pasted a question of type 'Choose all that apply' and I want to change this question's type to 'Choose one'.

I could do that in the old version of WS ... how do I do it in WS3?

How to change the Question ID?

In WinSurvey 1.0.5 (2003) it was possible to edit the Question ID.

I do not seem to be able to do this in WinSurvey 3. Or, if I can, please advise how to do so ...

How do I 'correct' the question IDs when they get out of sequence (mine currently go 2, 4, 5 instead of 1, 2, 3).

'Please specify' setting doesn't work as expected

In WinSurvey 3, when the option 'Add input field "Please specify"' is checked, WinSurvey adds a box after the question, but doesn't label the box with the words "Please specify" (which is what I expected). Is this a bug or as designed? If as designed, I suggest you change the wording of this option ...

How to import existing survey from version 1.05 (2003)?

I have just upgraded to WinSurvey 3 and cannot see immediately how to import an existing survey created in v1.0.5 (2003). Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

Many thanks
