438 Access Denied - help

I've installed wise-ftp yesterday, and have a problem where I can't connect to any of my websites that I have with my hosting company. I get the above error - 438 Access Denied, please contact support.

Hosting co. are unable to help as they said it is working fine their end. They asked me to turn off norton, and that doesn't help.

All I know is two days ago it was fine, and now can't do a thing!

Any help, advice is much appreciated!

Hello,

could you please send us the complete FTP log which you receive when you try to connect to the server to support@acebit.com?

You can also try to connect to the server using the Passive mode On/Off.
