can't connect

Hello,

I'm using Wise-FTP for the first time and have problems now. I created a new server profile and entered my data. When I now want to connect, it does not work, what could be the reason for this? Maybe I have entered wrong data in the fields? How can I check this? Could you please help me?

Hello,

did you already check that no firewall is blocking so that Wise-FTP has access to the internet? Do you receive any error message when you try to connect to your server? Could you please send us the ftp log which you receive when you try to connect to your server?

Unfortunately we cannot say if the data is correct which you entered in the server profile. For this we would ask you to contact your provider, there you can check your data.
