Task-Planer doesn't run automaticaly at a terminal-Server

Post by nsm » August 19th, 2009, 9:45 am

Hi,

the wise-ftp (incl. the task-planer) is installed at our terminal server (MS-Windows 2003 RS2).
We want to copy a directory from our delivery-partner to our erp-system SAP.
Therefore we have installed to wise-ftp-tasks:
1) download the directory to the terminal
2) upload the direktory to sap

The tasks are planned for 3 o'clock (a.m.). Every morning I look to the server and the tasks
were not run.

At the moment the tasks have the status "Ausstehend" with the "Startzeit" 20.08. at 3 o'clock.
But the taks will surely not start at this time and there is no Error-Message in the "Results" of
the task-properties.

The question is: Why doesn't run the tasks at the terminal server?
