Activation code retrieval

Hi,

I only have access to the email address my activation code was originally sent to,
but I no longer have the code itself.

Any chance support would be able to find and send my activation code to my email address?
I had made a ticket specifying the email address that it was registered to, but I don't know what the general response times are like.

this should be possible if you bought WISE-FTP directly from AceBIT GmbH.

In this case, please send us an e-mail to: support@acebit.com with your e-mail adress, used to buy the software.

(If you have any further informations for us, like the reference number or the date of purchase for example, please write this down in your e-mail, too)
