INVALID FILE FORMAT

Had been using the program right along, closed it and the reopened it and got he above message. On selecting OK the message is: Access violation at address 004c3290 in module 'AceBackup.exe' Read of address 00000004.

Have reloaded AceBack up. No change. Reinstall the OS (Windows 2003 server) still no effect.

Any clue as to what is causing this? All other programs have been loading with out a problem.

Hello Mike,

are you using the current version from our homepage? Please try to rename to folder "<My Documents >\AceBackup" so that there will no project be loaded at startup. Is it possible to open the program now?

Thanks for the reply. I uninstalled it again (Third time the charm) reinstalled and so far has been working ok. Just hope it stays.
