Will this version work on a Motorola Droid. It seemed to install correctly. I copied my password file from my PC to a folder on the Droid and attempted to open the file. I entered the correct password but could not get the file to open.. Thoughts?

It is not clear why this error occurs. I hope that this workaround may help.

Please open the pswx file with a text editor like notepad. The header of this XML file will be not encrypted adit should look like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<PASSWORDFILE xmlns="http://www.password-depot.de/schemas/pa ... rdfile.xsd">
<HEADER>
<APPLICATION>Password Depot 6</APPLICATION>
<VERSION>6.0.2</VERSION>
<COMMENTS></COMMENTS>
<HINT></HINT>
<FINGERPRINT></FINGERPRINT>
<DATETIME FMT="dd.mm.yyyy">15.07.2011</DATETIME>
<ENCRYPTED>True</ENCRYPTED>
<BACKUPINTERVAL>0</BACKUPINTERVAL>
<LASTBACKUP FMT="dd.mm.yyyy">19.08.2010</LASTBACKUP>
</HEADER>
<PASSWORDS>

This header should NOT contain any special characters. If your header looks differently, you may try to use the header above. However, do NOT change any text which occurs after <PASSWORDS>. Also, please work ONLY with a backup file in order to avoid data loss.
